What should I bring?
Please bring a valid ID, such as a driving license or passport, to enter the clubs. Additionally, consider bringing a metro card for any public transportation we might use during the night.
What is the dress code?
Dress to impress! Clubs in Barcelona typically do not allow entry with flip-flops, tank shirts in boys, hats, or sports clothes. Some clubs may also prohibit sneakers. We recommend smart casual attire to ensure entry into all venues.
How do I get to the meeting point?
Detailed instructions on the meeting point will be provided upon booking. It is usually located in a central and easily accessible area. If you have any trouble finding it, you can contact our guides for assistance.
What if I’m running late?
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we do our best to wait, the bar crawl will start promptly to ensure everyone enjoys the full experience. We can provide instructions on how to catch up with the group if needed.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old to join the bar crawl. This is to comply with local laws regarding alcohol consumption and nightclub entry. ID, driven license or passport can be required at the main door of the clubs in order to prove your age.
How long the Pub last?
The bar crawl typically lasts around 3-4 hours, including visits to three bars and ending at a legendary club. However, you are free to stay and enjoy the final club for as long as you wish!
Is transportation included?
Transportation between bars is usually on foot as the venues are within walking distance of each other. If we need to take the metro, we will inform you in advance, and you should bring a metro card or money to purchase one.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be refunded. Please contact us directly for any cancellation requests.
Can I join the bar crawl if I don’t drink alcohol?
Absolutely! While complimentary shots are included, non-alcoholic options are available at each venue. Our bar crawl is about the social experience, meeting new people, and enjoying the nightlife of Barcelona.
Is the bar crawl suitable for solo travelers?
Yes! Many of our participants join the bar crawl solo and find it a great way to meet new people and make friends. Our guides ensure everyone feels included and has a fantastic time.
What if I lose my belingings?
While our guides do their best to assist with lost items, Barcelona Bar Crawl is not responsible for personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure and be mindful of pickpockets, especially in crowded areas and on public transportation. All the clubs have a cloakroom to keep your belongings safe while you enjoy the music.
How do I book my spot?
You can book your spot directly on our website. Visit the Booking Page, select your preferred pack, select your date, enter your details, and complete the payment process. You will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.
